SECTION 7 — SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Viorella processes orders within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery, including processing, is 7–12 business days to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Europe, and 10–18 business days to Australia, New Zealand, Japan and all other countries. Standard shipping is $4.99 USD, free on orders of $65 USD or more. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays or peak periods. SECTION 8 — RETURNS & REFUNDS

Viorella accepts returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed and in original condition with tags attached. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
